When dealing with a loved ones addiction we are thrown into a world of emotions that take us through many ups, downs and all arounds. The most important thing you can do for yourself is find a good support system. NSH is full of people that understand exactly what you are dealing with on a daily basis. Our support group meetings are laid back and give you the ability to come and share everything without having to worry about judgments. WE GET IT, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU
